The donation of time and expertise also allows Can:Do 4 Kids to reduce its administrative costs and channel a greater proportion of available fundraising dollars into children's services.
The OpportunitiesWe can offer you many different volunteer opportunities, ranging from support in areas such as grounds and maintenance, administration, events, fundraising, marketing and community services, just to name a few.
How Do I Become A Volunteer?Anybody wishing to become a volunteer for CanDo Group (incorporating Can:Do 4 Kids & Deaf Can:Do) should contact our Volunteer Coordinator on 8298 0900 to register their interest.
There are a series of steps involved in the volunteer application process:
Firstly, you will need to complete some application forms and return them as soon as possible to The Volunteer Coordinator, CanDo Group, PO Box 43, Brighton SA 5048.
You can download the forms below or contact us on 8298 0900 to arrange for the forms to be sent to you.
If you are considered to be a suitable candidate for your desired volunteer role, you will be asked to attend an interview and possibly also with the applicable department manager or supervisor.
Following the interview, you will be contacted to advise whether you have been successful or not for your preferred role, and to make the necessary arrangements. (This may take up to two weeks.)
If you are successful, we will make a time for you to meet with The Volunteer Coordinator, complete the induction process with your manager/supervisor and commence any applicable training.

Volunteer Application Form It is mandatory for all our volunteers to obtain a SA Police Clearance.
