Established in 2014 it is the first of its kind in the state and raises funds for vital services for South Australian children who are blind, Deaf or sensory challenged.
Enter a world where your notion of taste and smell are tested…for a good cause. National Wine Centre’s executive chef Steven Clark creates a mystery three-course menu combining innovative textures and flavours that seek to ignite the senses.
Each table is hosted by a local winemaker, expertly pairing their unique wine to each course and guiding guests through the blindfolded dining experience.
