Each group program aims to create fun group environments to support children’s listening and spoken language. These programs provide an essential component and compliment the individualised therapy.
Tiny Tots: weekly
- Provides an informal relaxed setting for new families to meet other families. Parents/caregivers can have a cup of coffee and talk with other families. Forming a support network is important in the early months after diagnosis of your baby’s hearing loss.
- Strengthens the attachment between the parent/caregiver and baby; a strong and secure attachment is essential to your baby’s development. This attachment provides the foundations for your baby’s social, emotional, language and cognitive development.
- Provides a music and rhyme based program for babies with hearing loss.
